The Polite Thing to Do Is Not to Interrogate a Girl About Their Ethnicity Before Knowing Her Name

It really bothers me when guys say they like dating girls of certain races. Most of the guys who have shown interest in me have asked me about my ethnicity. It’s really a turn off. I get guys asking me that a lot* and then they go on about all the other native girls they’ve had. Like, what does that mean? Are you simply collecting native girls for your archives or something? 

*only in relation to the rare occasion i manage to attract guys’ attention.

I’ve had this with guys (rarely as I am a homunculus) but I got this a lot in high school as a bullying tactic. These kids harassed me every day on the bus just asking me “what are you? what the fuck are you? some kind of indian? mexican? black?” Didn’t actually realize how bad it was until I learned more about the racist history of my city which actually had public lynchings downtown. That and I thought if I just took it they would stop.  They didn’t, but I showed those bitches when I got to drive to school senior year and they were still riding a bus with assigned seats.
